Hi, I’m Rosalie Fischer, founder of Without Limits.  I would like to briefly introduce myself and share with you the journey that led me to Without Limits. 

 

My passion has always been teaching.  I have been a teacher for 19 years supporting multiple grade levels. I am a three-time “Teacher of the Year” recipient and hold a Master of Arts in Educational Administration. 

 

The past 19 years of teaching have been an amazing gift.  The meaningful relationships that I have been able to build with my students and their parents is beyond rewarding.  The opportunity to watch my students gain confidence when learning something new and challenging is unparalleled.  When my students grow, I grow.  

 

I started to imagine other opportunities and avenues to help my students achieve their best.  What would it be like if I could provide my students with an uninterrupted learning environment that focused on each student’s individualized, unique, remarkable abilities?  A student-centered private instructional option that allows me to connect at a higher, personal level with my students and their families.  A learning environment without limits.  Personal goal setting without limits.  

 

I got to work. I drafted various educational options, began researching creative learning models, and spent hours, weeks, and months visualizing my ideal learning environment.

In December 2022, I decided to resign from public education and started Without Limits, a collaborative learning environment emphasizing creativity with the intention of students discovering a long-term passion for learning.
